Current commission balances for the transaction-date cohort
Original transaction dates select the cohort. Current status, original approval-date presence, all adjustments and allocations determine these balances; this is not a historical as-of statement.
Separately dated settlements and cash
Payouts use payment dates, cash uses receipt dates and allocations use source-event dates (legacy rows use creation dates). They are not additional commission income. Mixed or incomplete payouts have unknown merchant fees, net and cash; no proration is used.
